Summer Reading
The Summer Reading Program has been
scheduled for July 26 - August 12.
Notification for qualifying students will be
sent to parents in mid-April.

District 301 Kindergarten
Registration
Central Community Unit School
District 301 will be having
KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION for the
2010-2011 school year on Thursday,
April 15, 2010 from 1:00 pm to 7:00
pm in the cafeteria at Howard B.
Thomas Grade School, 44W575 Plato
Road, Burlington, Illinois.
Children must be five (5) years of
age prior to September 1, 2010 in
order to enroll. Information
about kindergarten registration will
be disseminated through school
newsletters and on the district
website prior to April 15.
Items
Parents/Guardians need to bring to
register their student :
1. Official Birth
Certificate as issued by the County
in which the child was born. The
birth certificate should indicate
that your child will be five (5)
years old on or before
September 1, 2010. The
hospital copy with footprints is not
acceptable.
2. Proof of
Residency
A. (One document
required) Most recent property tax
bill, mortgage papers (homeowners),
signed and dated lease with proof of
last months payment
B.
(Two documents showing proper
address are required) Driver's
license, vehicle registration, voter
registration, most recent utility
bill and or credit card bill, mail
addressed to you received at
residence

FAFSA Workshop
The Central High School Guidance
Department along with representatives form
ECC's Financial Aid Department and the
Illinois Student Assistance
Commission, will host a FAFSA completion
workshop for parents and seniors on Tuesday,
February 9th from 6:30 to 8:30 in the
Central High School
LMC Computer Lab.

Proof of Residency: Closing
statement/sales contract or lease if you
are new to the district; If you have

registration card or public aid card.
