Users can self register on the sight. Click New Users Login Button to get registered. After you enter your information, an e-mail message will be sent to you from and your account will be authorized. Then you can begin to enter HelpDesk Tickets.
When entering new tickets please be as specific as possible. Include the building, room number, the particular computer in the room and any other information that would help. Describe the problem as fully as possible. Encourage people to register and fill out their own work orders, as you can see the status of all work orders you create.
By filling out the HelpDesk Ticket online, you can help the Technology Team member schedule and prioritize their workload to help you better and track work that is completed and yet to be finished.
