Welcome to the Central Community Unit School District website and thanks for visiting.
It’s an exciting and dynamic time with technology in education, and we are trying new things everyday to help our students learn how to use the tools available to them and prepare them for life after Central. Financial challenges are everywhere, but we strive to use our budget dollars effectively to take advantage of all the great resources available to us. With mobile computing and advancing technology, you don’t need to spend a great deal of money to try something new, and bring the world into the classroom. We work hard to do the best for our kids, using the solid teacher tools and methods we know work well, while trying new ideas and tools to make sure we are exposing our students to the new devices and applications that are used by the larger community.
